Product Search
How do I search for a special product? Our search responds to different search-criteria. Simply enter the desired item into the search field in the horizontal menu bar and all relevant results will be shown. Preferred criteria are e.g. the brand name, name of the article, shoe size or application. You can also use the full-text-search. All product details will then be scanned according to their criteria. Such an entry could be: “Black Leggings”.
Search Filter: On the left side of the product overview you’ll find the bar with the search filters. Here you can filter the products individually acc. to category, size, colour, price and brand. You can also combine various search filters or even reset the filter.
The easiest way is the search for the size of an article. Thus all available articles of the particular size will automatically be shown. The results can then be filtered acc. to other criteria. Important: We show strictly the size as stated by the manufacturer.
You are looking for a very special article and are unable to find it at World-of-Lingerie.de? First check your search criteria. Perhaps the article is listed under another category as you assumed. Simple and fast: Shopping in the World of Lingerie Online-Shop
If you like an article in our assortment then simply call up the details of the article and proceed as follows:
* - Choose the desired colour from the Drop-Down-Menu or click on the button of the desired colour
* - Choose the desired size from the Drop-Down-Menu
* - If you are unsure about the size then check the size chart first which you find below the Drop-Down-Menu. Or call us. We are pleased to help you.
* - Place your article into the shopping basket by clicking on the button “Add to basket”. You can now continue with your shopping or proceed to the pay desk. How do I buy articles in my shopping basket?
* -Call up the overview of the shopping basket by clicking on the shopping bag or on the link at the top right “My Basket”.
* - Enter your shipping address and terms of payment. If you have previously ordered articles from us you can log in without entering these details again.
* - To send us your purchase order please click on the button “Send Order".

Security
Data Security is very important for World of Lingerie. We stick closely in matters of survey, processing and usage to the legal terms of the Federal Government and the media-laws.
As long as you are only informing yourself and not buying anything you can visit our shop without disclosing your personal data. By entering our shops the data will be saved on our server like your IP-address, the website from which you are visiting us, and the websites which you enter in our system. These data do not allow any personal identification and will strictly not be passed on to third parties. They can be used by us for statistical purposes but the individual user will remain anonym.
If you enter as a customer or if you place an order your personal data will be transferred to us. These data will be coded with the SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) and can not be seen by others. It belongs to the safest and most common processes in the internet. Your order will be handled just as safely as for example the Online-Banking. The most important safety however is your password. Don’t pass it on or make it available to others. Naturally we stick to the Data Protection Act and the Federal Law. Your data will be used only for the handling of your order or the continual improvement of our services and not be passed on to others without your permission. Available articles we will be sent generally within 3 working days. The shipment may be delayed by one day if there is a Sunday or Public Holiday between the order placement and shipment.
Shipment within Germany
Shipping charges per order and delivery address are € 3.95
(Above € 49 shipments will be free-of-charge)
Home Delivery
We ship your order via DHL directly to your home address. In case you are not at home the shipment will be stored at a post office in your neighbourhood for 7 days.
Delivery to another address
We will ship your order to any address you desire: For example directly to your work location, to your neighbour or to friends. Simply state the desired shipping address when placing your order.
Orders for which invoices will be issued are only possible if the address for invoices is identical with your private address. If the shipment has to go to your neighbour or to your work location then the address has to be entered under “Different delivery address”.
Delivery to a DHL packing station (only to Germany)
You can have your order also sent to one of the 2500 DHL packing stations of your choice. You have to be registered only once and then you can pick up your package with your PIN and customer card around the clock. DHL will inform you per e-mail or SMS as soon as your parcel is ready for pick-up. More details of your DHL packing station you can find under: http://www.dhl.com
Delivery to other EU-Countries / Switzerland
Forwarding charges per order and shipping address are € 8.95
(For Austria orders above the value of € 99 the shipment is free-of-charge)
Delivery to countries outside the EU (except Switzerland)
Forwarding charges per order and shipping address are € 19.95
Tracing of shipment – quite simple.
In your dispatch notification you’ll find a tracking-link with which you can trace online the whereabouts of your parcel. Simply try it under Tracking DHL
What happens if I am not at home?
Should you not be at home at the first delivery then our shipping partner DHL will leave you a notification and your parcel will be stored at a post office in your neighbourhood. You can pick up your parcel within the next 7 days after which it will be returned to us.

We ship your online-order per invoice – but safely!
Like in the “real world” you go directly to the cash point and pick the method of payment “Purchase on account”. You will then get the hint that we have authorized paymorrow with the handling of invoices. You will get the invoice with your ordered articles and you can pay the invoice within 30 days.
Credit Cards
We accept credit cards from Visa and MasterCard (Eurocard). Please enter all required information in the cash area. During the entire credit-card-purchase you are in the secure 128Bit SSL-area.
Sofortueberweisung (only for Germany)
Sofortueberweisung is the TÜV-certified way of payment by the company Payment Network AG. If you prefer to pay via “Sofortueberweisung” then all you require are your Online-Banking-Data, PIN and TAN data for general bank transfers. All the rest is done by the system. Immediate Payment is not only free-of-charge for you but has also several advantages: When placing an order you can immediately commit a bank transfer without entering the website of your bank and without having to enter details of your order. Also you don’t have to wait long for your shipment. Depending on the solvency of the buyer all articles on stock can be sent immediately at the requested delivery time. PayPal
PayPal is the Online-Payment-Service by which you pay fast and without charge in Online-Shops.
Secure: Your bank and credit cards are only deposited with PayPal. Therefore they do not have to be sent each time you place an order via the internet.
Simple: You pay with two clicks only as you refer to your bank and credit card data deposited with PayPal.
Fast: PayPal payments are fast. Therefore the seller can dispatch the goods immediately and you get them earlier.

You have received a voucher from World-of-Lingerie.com that you want to spend with your order?
After you have selected the desired item to your shopping cart, you will find the input box for your voucher code on the shopping card site bottom left. Please enter the voucher code and press the button "Redeem". The voucher amount will be considered equal to the total amount in cart.

* - Only one voucher can be used per order
* - Each voucher is valid only once
* - Minimum order € 20
* - Vouchers can be redeemed only during the ordering process. Subsequent credit is not possible

If you are not satisfied with the articles you bought from World-of-Lingerie.de then you may return the ordered articles to us.
You can exchange each article within 14 days if it doesn’t fit or if you prefer another colour. Please note that we require compensation for used, damaged or soiled articles. The same applies for articles whose labels have been lost. Further details can be found in the disclaimer instructions.

How do I subscribe to the Newsletter?
On every page in our Online-Shop you can subscribe the “World of Lingerie”-Newsletter without charge. Just enter your E-mail-address and click on the button “Subscribe”. You will then receive a confirming e-mail with a link for your final registration.
How do I discontinue the subscription?
You can cancel your subscription via the link in the Newsletter (right at the bottom). You are also welcome to contact our customer service.
Important: Please do not use the SPAM-Button of your e-mail-system as the delivery of other e-mails from World of Lingerie (e.g. order acceptance) can not be guaranteed.
Why do I not get a Newsletter though I registered for it?
Have you already used the link in your confirming e-mail for registration? The Newsletter-registration is only successful after using the link in your confirming e-mail.
